DELIVERIES Delivery dates are given as best estimates and every effort is made to meet that date.  Stewart Instrument Company, Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from late delivery caused by conditions beyond our control.  In the absence of specific instructions, shipments are made via surface transportations, best way. PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION All instruments are placed in foam and packaged in corrugated containers or best way for domestic shipment or overseas air shipment.  Each package contains a bill of lading.  Export documentation is included as requested.  Every instrument or control valve includes a calibration data sheet with  Stewart Instrument Co. Serial Number, customer name, purchase order number, model number, requested calibration, calibration equipment used, and assembly technician's signature.
